Compare Starter, Advanced and Premium in detail. Starter Free gives clubs with 1–25 members the core Starter features free of charge, without AI. Paid packages are cumulative: Advanced includes Starter, and Premium includes Advanced.

Two-factor authentication in every package
An additional code from an authenticator app protects sign-in. Set it up with a QR code; single-use recovery codes help if you lose your phone.
In PROD, the club administrator can require 2FA for every member of their club. DEV/ENT, DEMO and TRIAL have separate switches in the admin console. When it is not mandatory, personal 2FA remains optional.
When 2FA is mandatory, the next sign-in first guides users through setup. Turning off the requirement does not remove personal 2FA that has already been set up.
Set up 2FA and understand recovery
