Billing: below an annual value of CHF 200, annually in advance; above that, monthly by default, with annual billing also possible. Starter for 26–50 members without AI costs CHF 180 per year. Advanced for up to 25 members without AI also costs CHF 180 per year. AI allowances are agreed before the contract is concluded.

Starter Free is an additional offer for 1–25 members, without AI and without automatically changing existing subscriptions. A paid package is required from 26 members or for AI. Membership limits are actively enforced: further admissions and reactivations are blocked until a package change is confirmed at 26, 51, 101, 501, 1,001 and 5,001 members. There is no automatic paid upgrade. The AI option is charged in addition to the package price only for paid packages. *From 501 members, subject to a capacity check; over 5,000 members, an individual quotation applies. Prices are proposals, subject to a binding agreement before the contract is concluded.

VereinsFee supports. People decide.

AI provides suggestions, drafts, lists and summaries. Approvals, publication, payments, postings and decisions remain with the club's authorised people.

What VereinsFee does not promise

VereinsFee does not promise complete accounts payable management, automatic bank reconciliation, full VAT accounting, autonomous communication or independent AI decisions. AI extends only subscribed modules and existing role permissions.
